Psychological needs may persist beyond completion of active cancer treatment. Survivors may experience fear of recurrence, uncertainty, altered identity, difficulties returning to work, relationship changes, or anxiety surrounding follow-up investigations. Survivorship-focused psychological intervention supports adaptation to life after treatment and helps individuals develop a renewed sense of identity and purpose. Therapy can facilitate adjustment, resilience, health-related confidence, and meaningful reintegration into personal, social, and professional life.

Are the sessions confidential and available online?
Yes, 100% of our sessions adhere to strict clinical confidentiality and can be attended via private 1-on-1 video call or in-person clinic visit.

How many sessions are typically recommended?
Care is customised to individual progress. Many clients begin with an initial evaluation and utilise our multi-session packages (2 or 3 sessions) for structured, ongoing progress.
