Anger is a normal emotion, but difficulties arise when it becomes intense, frequent, or difficult to control. Our anger management support helps children, adolescents, and adults understand their personal anger triggers and recognize early signs of escalation.
Counselling focuses on emotional awareness, self-control, communication, relaxation, and problem-solving skills. Individuals are encouraged to express feelings in healthier and more respectful ways without harming themselves or others. Where appropriate, family or relationship patterns contributing to repeated anger may also be explored. The goal is to develop sustainable strategies for managing anger and improving emotional and interpersonal well-being.
