We provide comprehensive emotional and psychological support to patients preparing for cancer surgery, helping them manage fear, anxiety and uncertainty while developing healthy coping strategies. We guide patients in understanding and adapting to possible physical and functional changes, including changes in appearance, speech, swallowing and daily activities. We also support families and caregivers in understanding the patient’s emotional needs and providing appropriate support, empowering patients to approach surgery with greater confidence, resilience and emotional preparedness.

Are the sessions confidential and available online?

Yes, 100% of our sessions adhere to strict clinical confidentiality and can be attended via private 1-on-1 video call or in-person clinic visit.

How many sessions are typically recommended?

Care is customised to individual progress. Many clients begin with an initial evaluation and utilise our multi-session packages (2 or 3 sessions) for structured, ongoing progress.
