Children may become anxious about injections, surgery, hospital admission, investigations, medication, pain, or separation from parents. Psychological intervention can teach children simple coping strategies appropriate to their age. Breathing exercises, distraction, play-based preparation, relaxation, and positive coping statements may be used. The objective is to reduce distress and help children feel more prepared and secure during medical procedures.

Yes, 100% of our sessions adhere to strict clinical confidentiality and can be attended via private 1-on-1 video call or in-person clinic visit.

How many sessions are typically recommended?

Care is customised to individual progress. Many clients begin with an initial evaluation and utilise our multi-session packages (2 or 3 sessions) for structured, ongoing progress.
