Fear of Cancer Recurrence (FCR) refers to persistent worry or concern that cancer may return or progress after completion of treatment. Excessive or ongoing fear can contribute to psychological distress, health-related anxiety, sleep disturbances and interference with daily functioning. At Ulam Seyal Psycho-Oncology & Psychological Care, we provide structured psychological interventions to help individuals understand and manage recurrence-related fears. Through evidence-based counselling and psychotherapy, individuals are supported in identifying unhelpful thought patterns, developing adaptive coping strategies, regulating emotional responses and improving psychological adjustment.
