Cancer can change family routines, responsibilities, relationships, and communication patterns. Siblings may also experience fear, confusion, jealousy, sadness, or feelings of being overlooked. Family-focused psychological support can help families communicate openly and understand each other's emotional needs. The aim is to maintain supportive family relationships while adapting to the demands of treatment.

What can I or my family expect during the initial consultation?
The first session is a safe, non-judgmental exploratory consultation to understand your unique concerns, assess personal strengths, and outline a tailored clinical support strategy.

Are the sessions confidential and available online?
Yes, 100% of our sessions adhere to strict clinical confidentiality and can be attended via private 1-on-1 video call or in-person clinic visit.

How many sessions are typically recommended?
Care is customised to individual progress. Many clients begin with an initial evaluation and utilise our multi-session packages (2 or 3 sessions) for structured, ongoing progress.
