Behavioural activation is a structured intervention that may be beneficial for individuals experiencing low mood, withdrawal, reduced motivation, or diminished engagement in previously meaningful activities. Patients are supported in gradually re-establishing appropriate routines and activities that provide connection, accomplishment, purpose, or enjoyment. The intervention aims to reduce behavioural withdrawal and promote active engagement with daily life. Activities are selected according to the individual's physical capacity, interests, values, and treatment circumstances.

Are the sessions confidential and available online?

Yes, 100% of our sessions adhere to strict clinical confidentiality and can be attended via private 1-on-1 video call or in-person clinic visit.

How many sessions are typically recommended?

Care is customised to individual progress. Many clients begin with an initial evaluation and utilise our multi-session packages (2 or 3 sessions) for structured, ongoing progress.
